Common questions

Each signing request that passes through Defimec's routing layer counts as one transaction. This includes approvals, swaps, transfers, and EIP-712 typed-data signatures. Viewing decoded calldata without signing does not count.
Each individual signature in a multisig flow counts as one transaction for the signer who performed it. The transaction count is per-account, not per-on-chain transaction. Treasury plans include unlimited multisig workflows with team coordination features.
Pro is billed monthly. Cancel any time before the next billing date and you won't be charged again. We don't offer prorated refunds for the current month, but we're a small team — if you have a genuine problem, reach out and we'll work something out.
Yes. The free tier allows any 2 of the 3 supported chains. You can switch your active chain configuration at any time within the 2-chain limit. There's no lock-in on which chains you choose.
Treasury covers most team-scale needs — multi-sig workflows, custom RPC endpoints, and dedicated onboarding. For organisations with high signing volume, specific infrastructure constraints, or cross-team coordination requirements beyond the standard Treasury scope, reach out directly and we'll scope accordingly.
